Ferrari Luce, the first-ever fully electric car from the Italian carmaker, has finally made its world debut. It has been designed in collaboration with LoveFrom, the creative collective lead by Jony Ive and Marc Newson. The Luce features a radical new design language with floating aerodynamic wings, a shell-like glasshouse extending below the beltline, transparent lighting elements, flush surfaces and halo-inspired taillamps as we have seen in the Ferrari 360 Modena and 458 Italia.
Interestingly, the Luce is Ferrari’s first five-seat model. It comes with four doors, large 23-inch front and 24-inch rear wheels and a spacious cabin. The EV is offered in five colour options, namely, Azzurro la Plata, Giallo Luce, Rosso Dino, Bianco Artico, and Rosso Fiammante. The specially developed Yellow shade is inspired by the historic yellow used in the Ferrari logo and is also seen on the wheel hubs and the steering wheel.

Luxurious & Tech-Laden Interior
The interior of the Ferrari Luce has a minimalistic design combined with several advanced technologies. It offers a driver-focused cabin layout with multifunction OLED displays developed by Samsung Display, precision-machined aluminium controls, Ferrari’s new Manettino drive selector and a moving instrument binnacle attached to the steering wheel. A rotating touchscreen performs infotainment and navigation functionalities.
The Ferrari electric car extensively uses premium materials such as recycled aluminium, Corning Gorilla Glass, leather and Alcantara. The carmaker has also equipped it with a 21-speaker, 3000W Ferrari Audio Signature sound system with multiple listening modes, rear climate controls, heated and massage front seats, a unique E-Ink smart key and more.
Whopping Power & Performance Figures
Built on a bespoke 800V platform, the Ferrari Luce uses four independent electric motors (one at each wheel), producing a combined output of 1,050cv and 11,500Nm of wheel torque in Launch Control mode. It accelerates 0 to 100kmph in just 2.5 seconds and 0-200kmph in 6.8 seconds, while attainting a top speed of over 310kmph. The EV features a 122kWh battery pack that supports 350kW DC fast charging and offers a claimed driving range of over 530km on a full charge.
