Tata Motors is in full action mode! The homegrown automaker has announced its most ambitious future roadmap and, in the meantime, is gearing up to launch multiple important products this festive season. The updated Tata Punch and Punch EV are slated to hit roads in October, while the iconic Sierra nameplate will make its debut in October or November with electric powertrain. Tata’s top-selling Nexon EV subcompact SUV is also set to receive a major feature upgrade very soon.
Level-2 ADAS For Top Variant:
According to a fresh media report, the 2025 Tata Nexon EV will be introduced with Level-2 ADAS (autonomous driver assistance system). However, this feature will be reserved for the top-end Empowered+ 45 variant. The Nexon EV Dark Edition and Red Dark Edition might also be benefited from this new feature.
The Level-2 ADAS suite will offer features such as

The 2025 Tata Nexon EV Empowered+ A 45 will continue to feature a 45kWh battery pack, delivering a claimed ARAI range of 489km. Tata stats that this battery is 15 percent more energy dense than the 40.5kWh battery pack, and offers a real world C75 cycle range of around 350-370km. It produces a maximum power of 145bhp and 215Nm of torque. Using a 60kW DC fast charger, the 45kWh battery can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in just 40 minutes.
With the addition of the Level-2 ADAS suite, the 2025 Tata Nexon EV Empowered+ 45 variant will witness a minor price hike. Currently, the Empowered+ 45 is priced at Rs 16.99 lakh, while the Empowered+ 45 Red Dark Edition is available at Rs 17.19 lakh. All mentioned prices are ex-showroom.
