The MY2026 Kia Carens Clavis EV has been introduced with a new 6-seat configuration and additional variants. The updated MPV lineup is now available at a starting price of Rs 17.99 lakh, going up to Rs 24.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The 6-seater version offers captain seats for middle row occupants.

New Kia Carens Clavis EV 6-Seater Variants
The 6-seats layout is offered across multiple variants, namely, HTK+ 42kWh, HTX E 42kWh, HTX 42kWh, HTX E 51.4kWh, HTX 51.4kWh, GTX 51.4kWh, HTX+ 51.4kWh, GTX+ 51.4kWh and X-Line 51.4kWh. Prices of the 6-seater version start at Rs 19.99 lakh and go up to Rs 24.99 lakh for the top-end trim. Interestingly, both the 6 and 7-seater variants are priced identically.
GT-Line & X-Line – Exclusive Design Elements
On the exterior, the GT-Line trim sports newly-designed alloy wheels, metal pedals and line green brake calipers. Meanwhile, the X-Line trim is offered in an exclusive Dark Gun Metal colour along with the Aurora Black Pearl paint scheme. These cosmetic enhancements come at an additional cost of Rs 50,000 over the regular counterparts.
Battery, Range & Charging Time
Additionally, the 2026 Kia Carens Clavis EV receives new GT-Line and X-Line variants, featuring the larger 51.4kWh battery pack. It delivers a claimed ARAI driving range of 490km on a full charge. The Carens Clavis EV 42kWh version offers an ARAI-claimed range of 404km.
Both battery options support 100kW DC fast charging, allowing the battery to charge from 0 to 80 percent in just 39 minutes. Using an 11kW AC charger, the 42kWh and 51.4kWh battery packs can also be charged from 10 to 100 percent in 4 hours and 4.45 hours, respectively.
