The new 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift is scheduled to launch on July 24, 2026. Ahead of its official arrival, clear pictures and key details of the updated model have been leaked on the web. The new Brezza will come with significant cosmetic updates along with several new features. However, the biggest highlight will be the introduction of a new 1.2-litre Boosterjet turbocharged petrol engine, borrowed from the Fronx compact crossover.

Expected Price & Competition
The new Maruti Brezza 2026 facelift is expected to see only a minimal price hike. While the current model lineup is priced between Rs 8.26 lakh – Rs 12.86 lakh, the updated version is expected to cost around Rs 8.50 lakh for the base variant and Rs 13.10 lakh for the top-end trim. In the highly competitive sub-4 metre segment, the new Brezza will continue to take on the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV 3XO and Skoda Kylaq.
Subtle Design Changes
The front fascia looks refreshing with a slightly updated grille in new golden finish, a redesigned bumper and repositioned fog lamps housed in triangular surrounds. However, the headlamps and LED DRLs remain intact. The side profile is also largely identical to the outgoing model, expect for the newly-designed dual-tone alloy wheels.
New Touchscreen, ADAS & More
Inside, the new Maruti Brezza facelift 2026 feature a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system similar to the unit offered in the Victoris midsize SUV. The switchgear for the HVAC controls will also be revised. The subcompact SUV will also come with new gloss-black trim materials on the dashboard and door pads, ventilated front seats, ambient lighting and front parking sensors. Maruti Suzuki might also equip the new Brezza with a Level 2 ADAS (advanced driver assistance system) suite.
Turbo Petrol, NA Petrol & CNG Options
As mentioned above, the new 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift will receive a new 1.0-litre, three-cylinder Boosterjet turbo petrol engine producing power worth 110bhp and 170Nm of torque. This engine will be exclusively offered with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The existing 103bhp, 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine will also be carried forward. The new Brezza lineup will also continue to be offered with a CNG powertrain option. Similar to the Victoris CNG, the subcompact SUV might get an underbody-mounted CNG tank.
