The production-ready Skoda Epiq EV has finally made its global debut through official images. The model was first showcased in concept form in 2024, followed by a near-production version a year later at the Munich Motor Show. It’s the smallest and most affordable electric offering from the Czech automaker. The Epiq is also the brand’s first model to be designed on the new MEB+ architecture and feature a FWD (front-wheel drive) configuration.
Skoda says that “the Epiq is suited to both city driving and longer journeys”, and offers a spacious and practical cabin along with the largest luggage compartment in its segment. Additionally, the EV also marks debut of the brand’s new Modern Solid design language in a Skoda production model.

Design Highlights
Following Skoda’s Modern Solid design philosophy, the Skoda Epiq EV features a blacked-out grille with a slim DRLs, Matrix LED headlamps (optional), sporty front bumper with slats and a silver skid plate. The raised bonnet has ‘SKODA’ lettering on it.
Other design highlights include a slightly sloping roofline, ‘SKODA’ lettering on the C-pillars, aero-optimized alloy wheels, T-shaped LED taillamps and a rear roof spoiler. Dimensionally, the new Skoda EV measures 4,171mm in length, 1,798mm in width and 1,581mm in height with a wheelbase of 2,601mm. Its drag coefficient of 0.275, which enhances aerodynamic efficiency.
Interior & Features
A dashboard integrated 13-inch Android-based touchscreen infotainment system takes the centre position, with AC vents positioned just below it. The Skoda Epiq EV has been packed with several advanced features such as a 10-speaker Canton sound system, a panoramic sunroof, wireless smartphone connectivity, V2L and V2V functionalities, a wireless charging pad, dual-zone climate control, 7 airbags, an ADAS suite, a 360-degree camera, etc.
A boot space of 475-lires and a 25-litre front luggage compartment make its interior more functional. Skoda offers multiple cabin theme, depending on the variant.
Battery & Range
The Skoda Epiq lineup is offered in three trims (35, 40 and 55), and with two battery pack options – 38.5kWh and 55kWh. The 38.5kWh battery version delivers a claimed range of 310km, with output of 116bhp and 267Nm. The 55kWh battery pack variant offers a driving range of 440km along with 135bhp of power and 267Nm of torque. The larger battery pack can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in just 25 minutes by using a DC fast charger.
