The Vinfast MPV 7 or Limo Green has been teased ahead of its official market launch. While the exact launch date is yet to be announced, the model is likely to go on sale in the coming weeks. It will be the brand’s third electric offering in India, targeting both private buyers and fleet operators.
Earlier, the Vietnamese automaker had announced its plan to introduce Green and Smart Mobility (GSM), a fully electric taxi services in the country. The Vinfast Limo Green version is likely to cater electric ride-hailing services, while the MPV 7, equipped with more premium features, might aimed at private buyers.
Battery, Range & Charging Time
Similar to its global counterpart, the India-bound Vinfast MPV 7/Limo Green is expected to feature a 60.13kWh battery pack, delivering a driving range of up to 450km (NEDC cycle). It comes with a front-axle mounted electric motor, which produces a maximum power of 204bhp and 280Nm of torque. The electric MPV offers three drive modes – Eco, Comfort and Sport along with a front-wheel drive (FWD) system.
The EV supports up to 80kW DC fast charging, enabling it to charge from 10 to 70 percent in just 30 minutes. It will also support an 11kW AC charging option.
Colours & Dimensions
In India, the Vinfast VF MPV 7 or Limo Green could be offered in four colour options – Limo Black, Limo Yellow, Limo Red and Limo Silver. Its overall length, width and height stand at 4,740mm, 1,872mm and 1,728mm, respectively. The MPV has a 2,840mm long wheelbase and offers a ground clearance of 170mm.
Expected Features
The globally available model comes packed with several advanced features, many of which are likely to be offered in the India-spec version. These include a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, a D-cut steering wheel, single-zone AC, USB charging ports, rear parking sensors and camera, traction control, hill start assist, roll-over mitigation, ABS with EBD, brake assist and more.
