Oukitel arrived at IFA with suitcases full of rugged hardware. There’s a rugged gaming phone, an “ultra-endurance” flagship and even a phone that has a built-in electric lighter.

Oukitel WP70 Ultra

The Oukitel WP70 Ultra claims to be the slimmest phone with a 16,000mAh battery. The massive silicon-carbon battery supports 66W fast charging.

This phone has a 6.78” 120Hz OLED display and is powered by the Dimensity 7200 chipset (this was MediaTek’s first 4nm chipset). The phone launches with Android 16 out of the box.

There is a 108MP camera on board for regular photos and videos, plus a 64MP Night Vision camera. Additionally, there is a thermal imaging sensor available to help you find heat sources, leaks and more.

Oukitel WP600

The Oukitel WP600 is a gaming phone with dual-fan active cooling. Its design is suitably cyber-futuristic with a double color injection molding, aluminum and titanium alloy elements and customizable RGB lighting. Oukitel chose a yellow and black color combo for that Bumblebee look.

The WP600 is powered by the Dimensity 8300 – this chip is a few generations behind, but the active cooling will help with sustained performance. The company may have gone insane as this phone is specced with up to 24GB of RAM (LPDDR5X) and up to 1TB storage (UFS 4.0). We didn’t think we’d be seeing such numbers again so soon – not that we’re complaining, you see.

Oukitel WP600

Anyway, the phone has a 6.8” 1080p+ display with 120Hz refresh rate. It runs on a 10,000mAh battery and supports 45W charging. This is a rugged device with IP68 and IP69K ratings and is MIL-STD-810H tested.

There is a 108MP camera on board with 4K video recording. The phone has an eSIM and supports global 5G frequencies.

Oukitel WP63

Oukitel makes outdoorsy phones, but this one takes the cake – the Oukitel WP63 is the world’s first rugged phone with a built-in igniter. It has a massive 20,000mAh battery, an integrated camping light and a powerful speaker.

The electric igniter allows you to light fires at your campsite, even if you have no other firestarting tools on you. The giant battery supports 33W charging and also does 18W reverse charging.
