At its IFA 2026 keynote today, Motorola unveiled the new Edge 70 Plus smartphone, the Watch Ultra, adorned the Razr 70 (Razr 2026 in the States) with Swarovski Crystals for its Brilliant Collection, and showed off a 25W Qi 2.2-compatible magnetic wireless charger.

Motorola Edge 70 Plus

Let’s start with the Motorola Edge 70 Plus, the latest in a big family. The Edge 70 Plus comes in four Pantone-certified finishes – Gray Lilac, Milky Blue, Mountain View, and Sage.

Every one of those has its own unique texture and physical inspirations, as you can imagine. The Mountain View is a silk-like finish, and its green is inspired by ancient forests. The Gray Lilac aims to blend the softness of mauve with the quiet strength of grey; it has an acetate finish.

The Milky Blue’s soft color is inspired by the quiet clarity of early morning skies. It packs a soft-luxe texture finish. Finally, Sage is a muted green, inspired by eucalyptus after rain, and it also has a soft-luxe texture finish.

Design-wise, the Edge 70 Plus is quad-curved on both the front and rear. Motorola says this smooths away sharp edges, making the phone feel comfortable and refined.

Upfront sits a 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED that’s also Pantone color validated. There are two Hi-Res-certified stereo speakers to complement the screen when you’re watching videos on it.

On the inside, the Edge 70 Plus has a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC with 8 gigs of LPDDR5X RAM, and either 128GB or 256GB of storage.

The Edge 70 Plus has a 200MP main camera – Motorola specifically says it’s the highest resolution it’s put in any of its phones (which is mostly true of most other phones as well). The camera packs optical image stabilization, up to 10 times digital zoom, 4K video capture, and yet another Pantone validation, here for colors and skin tones.

There’s also a dedicated macro and a 32MP selfie camera on the opposite end.

Finally, a word on the battery – the Edge 70 Plus has a 6,500mAh power pack, capable of 45W charging as well as bypass charging for those gaming sessions.

The Motorola Edge 70 Plus will roll out to select countries in Europe and the Middle East in the coming weeks. We’ll update you with any pricing details as they become available.

Motorola Watch Ultra

The Motorola Watch Ultra is a 46mm IP68 and 5ATM water-rated wearable with up to 2 days of active use. It runs Wear OS by Google and is powered by the Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1. Upfront, the Watch Ultra has a 1.5-inch OLED with up to 2,700 nits of brightness.

Motorola partnered with Polar (yes, the one with the pro-grade heart rate sensors, and more) to enhance the fitness and health tracking features of the Watch Ultra. The watch offers a special breathing exercise mode, called Setene, in-depth sleep tracking features like Nightly Recharge and Sleep Plus Stages, and naturally, a personalized sleep score. There’s also a Running Coach.

Additional Polar features include Activity Goal, Activity Score, Active Intensity Zone, Inactivity Alert, Smart Calories, and Energy Sources.

Motorola Watch Ultra

The Motorola Watch Ultra brings dual-band GPS and has built-in LTE (a first on a Moto watch), and can operate without your phone. There’s also Google Pay.

The stainless steel watch comes in silver and black colors and a choice of standard 22mm straps – two breathable silicone ones – Pantone Black Beauty and Mountain View, and two genuine leather ones – Pantone Black Beauty and Nuthatch.

The Motorola Watch Ultra is coming to select countries across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and North America, and Asia Pacific in the coming weeks.

Motorola Razr 70 with Crystals by Swarovski

Motorola has unveiled a new special edition of the Razr 70 (Razr 2026 Stateside), continuing its collaboration with Swarovski as part of the Brilliant Collection. The Motorola Razr 70 with Crystals by Swarovski comes exclusively in PANTONE Meteorite and features a quilted soft-touch finish decorated with 35 hand-positioned Swarovski Crystals in Silver Night. There’s also a larger 32-facet Swarovski Crystal embedded in the hinge, while a clear protective case is included to keep the sparkly design visible.

Underneath the jewellery-inspired exterior, this is the familiar Razr 70, with a 3.6-inch cover display and a 6.9-inch Extreme AMOLED folding screen. It also packs a dual-camera setup headlined by a 50MP main camera, AI features, and a 4,800mAh battery that Motorola claims can deliver more than 36 hours of use. The Swarovski edition will be available as a limited edition in most markets globally, though Motorola hasn’t announced pricing yet.

Motorola Snap

Finally, Motorola showed off the Snap – a 25W Qi2.2-compatible magnetic wireless charger. Highlights include strong magnetic alignment, support for compatible magnetic cases, overheat and overcharge protection, and zero standby power consumption.

Supported Motorola phones can charge even faster at up to 30W using the company’s proprietary charging protocol, while a 1.5m braided USB-C cable comes in the box. In Europe, the Snap will also be offered in a bundle with an adjustable aluminium stand featuring a silicone-lined holder and Alcantara base.

The Snap charger is coming to Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, North America, and the Middle East in the coming weeks.
