Less than 24 hours before their official unveiling, the full specs of both the iQOO 16 and the iQOO Pad Ultra have been outed today courtesy of Digital Chat Station on Weibo.

So, according to him, the iQOO 16 has a 6.85-inch Samsung M16 “LEAD” OLED screen with “2K+” resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate, and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset at the helm paired with iQOO’s Q4 self-developed gaming chip.

The phone has a 50MP main camera using a 1/1.3-inch type sensor, a 50MP ultrawide, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom using Sony’s IMX882 sensor, a 32MP selfie camera, and an 8,400 mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 40W wireless charging.

The device also boasts an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, a dual-axis vibration motor, symmetrical stereo speakers, IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, and support for USB 3.2.

The iQOO Pad Ultra will have an 8.8-inch 2304×1440 16:10 OLED screen with a 165Hz refresh rate, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 SoC and Q4 self-developed gaming chip, a built-in “large size” cooling fan, symmetrical stereo speakers, dual X-axis vibration motors, and a 9,020 mAh battery with support for 66W wired charging. The tablet will allegedly be 5.74mm thick and will weigh just 298g.
