Maruti Cars Sales

In September 2026, Maruti Suzuki India Limited sold a total of 236,013 units compared to 1,32,820 units in the same month last year. The carmaker registered 36.91% YoY (year-on-year) growth. Maruti Suzuki retailed 185,252 units in the domestic market, along with 6,542 units sales to other OEM and 44,219 units exported.

Tata Cars Sales

Tata Motors sold 68,810 units in September 2026, compared to over 59,667 units in September 2025, reflecting 15.32% YoY growth. The carmaker also recorded 5.45% MoM (month-on-month) growth, with sales increasing by 3,557 units compared to August 2026.

Hyundai Cars Sales

Hyundai Motor India reported its highest-ever monthly total sales (domestic + exports) since inception, at 77,916 units in September 2026, registering strong YoY growth of 10.8%. This includes monthly domestic sales of 57,166 units, up 10.9% YoY, and exports of 20,750 units, up 10.4% YoY.

Mahindra Cars Sales

Mahindra & Mahindra sold 56,233 units of SUVs in the domestic market in September 2026 compared to 56,233 units in the same month last year. It reflected 13.98% YoY growth. On monthly basis, Mahindra’s sales increased by 8.16%.

Kia Cars Sales

Kia India registered its highest-ever monthly sales since entering the Indian market, with wholesale volumes of 32,017 units in September 2026. The South Korean carmaker registered 41% year-on-year growth over the 22,700 units sold in September 2025. Kia also carried this momentum into Q3 2026, recording sales of 89,259 units, up 38.5% from 64,443 units in Q3 2025.

Toyota Cars Sales

Toyota Kirloskar Motor announced its sales of 28,218 units in September 2026. This includes 25,027 units in the domestic market and 3191 units exported. Toyota recorded cumulative sales of 2,94,914 units in CY 2026, reflecting overall growth of 8%. The growth was supported by strong performance in the domestic market, where the company sold 2,69,619 units sold, while exports stood at 25,295 units.

Honda Cars Sales

Honda Cars India recorded total sales of 6,955 units with domestic sales of 4,465 units and exports of 2,490 units in September 2026.

Renault Cars Sales

Renault India dispatched more than 35,000 units in YTD sales and recorded 3,399 units in September 2026. The carmaker also registered strong double-digit month-on-month growth of 20% over August 2026.

Force Motors Cars Sales

Force Motors recorded domestic wholesales for the month of September 2026, registering a growth of 62% compared with domestic sales in September 2025.
