The United States Coast Guard is “in active pursuit” of another sanctioned oil tanker off the Venezuelan coast as President Donald Trump leaves the possibility of war with Venezuela on the table. One official tells NBC News the vessel “is part of Venezuela’s illegal sanctions evasion… flying a false flag and under a judicial seizure order.” NBC’s Garrett Haake reports for TODAY.
