Kia India has further expanded the Syros lineup with the addition of a new HTK (EX) trim, which is available with both petrol and diesel engine options. The 2026 Kia Syros HTK (EX) petrol variant is priced at Rs 9,89,000, while the diesel version costs Rs 10,63,900 (ex-showroom). The carmaker says that the new trim “enhances the overall value proposition across the range.”

The 2026 Kia Syros HTK(EX) variant comes packed with LED DRLs, LED headlamps, LED taillamps, R16 alloy wheels, an electric sunroof, streamlined door handles, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, and a rear parking camera with sensors. On the safety front, it offers over 20 features, including ABS with EBD, Electronic Stability Control, Hill Start Assist, Six Airbags and Vehicle Stability Management, among others.

Engine & Gearbox Options
The 2026 Kia Syros lineup is available with two engine options – a 120bhp, 172Nm, 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol and a 116bhp, 250Nm, 1.5-litre four-cylinder diesel. A 6-speed manual gearbox comes as standard across the range. The petrol engine is also available with a 7-speed DCT automatic transmission, while the diesel variant gets an optional 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
Prices & Competition
Currently, the Kia Syros is available within the price range of Rs 8.67 lakh – Rs 15.94 lakh (ex-showroom). At this price point, it takes on the Tata Nexon, Skoda Kylaq, Maruti Brezza, and Hyundai Venue.
