The new Jeep Meridian Track Edition is now on sale in India. Based on the top-end Overland trim, this limited-run edition comes in two configurations – 2.0L diesel-AT 4X2 and 2.0L diesel-AT 4X4 – priced at Rs 35.95 lakh and Rs 37.82 lakh (ex-showroom). It’s important to note that there is an additional mandatory AXS pack worth Rs 9,200.

Jeep Meridian Track Edition Prices

Bookings for the special edition have commenced across all Jeep dealerships and online via the company’ official website. Compared to regular Overland variant, the Meridian Track Edition is nearly Rs 34,000 more expensive.

Design Enhancements

As the name suggest, the Jeep Meridian Track Edition receives sportier enhancements over the standard model. Design elements such as piano black accents on the front grille, a new hood decal, piano black badges and piano black exterior mouldings add to its new looks. A ‘Track Edition’ badge on the tailgate further differentiates it from the standard Meridian.

Exclusive Features

Inside, the special edition features new dual-tone leatherette and suede seat upholstery with quilted stitching. It also gets new suede trim on the dashboard with contrast stitching, a new Cortina leather-wrapped steering wheel, new Dark Espresso accents with Piano Black bezels in the cabin and ‘Track Edition’ appliques on the dashboard and floor mats.

In terms of features, the Meridian Track Edition offers all the goodies available on the Overland trim including a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a panoramic sunroof, powered and ventilated front seats with memory function, Alpin audio system, Level 2 ADAS and more.

Engine, Power & Drivetrain

For power, the Jeep Meridian Track Edition uses the same 2.0L diesel engine, paired with a 9-speed automatic gearbox. This setup delivers a claimed power of 170bhp and 350Nm of torque. The special edition is being offered with both 4X2 and 4X4 drivetrain options.
