Under the partnership, Netweb will integrate its in-house designed, rack-scale GPU compute platforms with Vertiv’s end-to-end AI data centre infrastructure offerings. The solutions will combine Netweb’s high-performance computing systems with Vertiv’s liquid cooling and power management technologies.
The rack-scale platforms will use Vertiv’s coolant distribution units, free cooling chillers, busways and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems featuring power conversion and dynamic load management. The aim is to address the rising power requirements of AI workloads and manage higher thermal densities driven by advanced accelerators.
According to the companies, the validated solutions are expected to support higher rack densities, enable faster deployment and ensure stable performance for AI training and inference applications.
Hirdey Vikram, Senior Vice President at Netweb Technologies, said the engagement allows both companies to work jointly at the product design stage, including on direct-to-chip cooling technologies for GPU-accelerated AI and HPC systems. He noted that the collaboration supports the development of rack-scale AI systems where compute, cooling and power are engineered together, with the capability to cross 200kW IT load per rack.
Last week, Netweb unveiled what it calls one of its most advanced AI infrastructure offerings — the ‘Make in India’ Tyrone Camarero GB200 AI Supercomputer — along with a petascale personal AI system, the Tyrone Camarero Spark, in collaboration with Nvidia.
The Spark is being positioned as one of the world’s smallest AI supercomputers, bringing Nvidia’s full AI stack into a compact desktop-sized system. It combines Nvidia’s Blackwell GPUs, Grace CPUs, networking, CUDA-X libraries and the broader AI software stack, and is aimed at developers working on agentic and physical AI applications.Netweb Technologies shares have risen 65% in the last six months and are up 20% since the beginning of the year.
