Warranty & Services

The Lexus ES500e is compatible with both AC and DC fast charging, providing convenient charging solutions tailored for both urban commutes and long journeys. The vehicle comes with a 2.8 kW portable charger and an 11-kW home charger. It also includes a 5-year Roadside Assistance (RSA) package that covers towing, taxi service and repatriation, onsite mobile charging, and towing to the nearest dealership or charging station.

In addition, the All-New ES500e offers enhanced ownership experience through an 8-year/200,000 km vehicle and battery warranty**, being the first of its kind in the Indian luxury car industry ensuring complete peace of mind. Furthermore, the Assured Buy Back Program with low EMIs and a Guaranteed Future Residual Value is designed for guests seeking financial flexibility along with a premium ownership experience.
