Xiaomi has published its full-year 2025 financial report. The company shipped a total of 165.2 million smartphones, which generated revenue of CNY 186.4 billion. Based on Omdia stats, Xiaomi had 13.3% of the global market share, ranking it in the Top 3 for the 5th consecutive year. Focusing on mainland China, the company was #2 with a share of 16.6% (up 7 percentage points compared to the previous year).
Xiaomi’s product mix is shifting towards more premium offerings. Phones costing CNY 3,000 ($435) or higher accounted for 27.1% of all Xiaomi phones sold, which is a new record. Meanwhile, flagship models in the CNY 4,000-6,000 range ($580-$870) made up 17.3% of sales. For comparison, in Q3 the CNY 4,000-6,000 range was 18.9% of sales.
Looking at the world map, Xiaomi’s popularity in Latin America and Southeast Asia is on the rise – the company climbed to the #2 spot in those regions with 17.5% and 17.0% market share, respectively. In Europe and Africa, Xiaomi is at #3 with 20.3% and 12.7%, respectively (these numbers represent an increase of 0.6 and 1.4 percentage points, respectively).
Xiaomi tablets ranked in the Top 5 globally and in the Top 3 in mainland China, according to Omdia. Wearables are doing even better – they are #1 globally and #2 in mainland China. TWS earbuds are similarly popular and hold the #2 spot globally and #1 in mainland China.

Moving over to Internet of Things and Internet Services, the company reports that it has more than 750 million Monthly Active Users (MAU). This segment brought in a yearly revenue of CNY 123.2 billion, up 18.3% compared to 2024. The gross margin was 23.1%, up 2.8 percentage points in the same period.
Large home appliances (air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, etc.) reached an all-time high in terms of shipments and revenue from them grew by 23.1%.
Xiaomi’s big bet on EVs is paying off – the company’s car division reported a revenue of CNY 106.1 billion (up 223.8% year-over-year). This was the first time that yearly revenue crossed above CNY 100 billion. Even better, it reports that it had positive income for the full year. That’s another first. Income was CNY 0.9 billion.
During 2025, Xiaomi delivered a total of 411,082 vehicles, 145,115 of which were in Q4. In mainland China, the Xiaomi SU7 models were the top-selling sedans in the CNY 200,000+ category. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi YU7 series was the top mid- to large-size SUV series in terms of sales for 7 consecutive months. Xiaomi predicts that it will deliver 550,000 vehicles in 2026.
