Cyient DLM Q4 Results: Profit falls 28% to Rs 22 crore


Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) firm Cyient DLM on Tuesday reported 27.7 per cent decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 22.44 crore for March quarter FY26.

Profit in the year-ago period was Rs 31 crore.

Revenue from operations stood 13.8 per cent lower at Rs 369.07 crore in Q4 FY26, as compared to Rs 428.05 crore a year ago.

On a quarter-on-quarter basis, profit and revenue rose 99.8 per cent and 21.7 per cent, respectively.

Cyient’s order book stood at Rs 2,416.6 crore at the end of March quarter.


For full FY26, profit climbed 7.6 per cent to Rs 73.28 crore, while revenue from operations fell 17 per cent to Rs 1,261.48 crore.

The company, in its investor presentation, noted that geopolitical tensions are realigning the global supply chain, pointing out that defence spending is increasing across regions. Defence, as a segment, had a share of 10 per cent in the company’s Q4 revenue.Outlining its growth strategy, Cyient said it will focus on domestic and key markets to improve operational efficiency in FY27. Starting FY28, it said it will expand into automotive and India defence, explore the AI infrastructure market, and focus on vertical integration through cables, sheet metal and machining.

Shares of Cyient DLM ended 3.52 per cent higher at Rs 357.70 apiece on the BSE on Tuesday. The financial results were announced post-market hours.
