Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ renders leak in five colors

Motorola is launching the Edge 70 Pro tomorrow, and it may be joined by the Edge 70 Pro+ and even the Edge 70 Pro Lite. We have no new information about the latter, but some renders showing the Edge 70 Pro and Edge 70 Pro+ have been outed today.

Before you take a look, note that we don’t know specifically which device we’re looking at here. The X post that is the source of these implies that they show both models, and that may well be true – in that case, the differences between the Pro and Pro+ shouldn’t be that many, if they look identical and are offered in the exact same colors.

Motorola has already confirmed that the Edge 70 Pro comes with a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, 5,200-nit peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass 7i on top. On the rear is a triple camera setup with a 50MP main snapper using Sony’s Lytia 710 sensor and a 50MP ultrawide.

The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme SoC, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM. Keeping the lights on will be a 6,500 mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging. The Edge 70 Pro is promised to receive three major Android updates and five years of security updates. It has IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
