Google Chrome gets advanced autofill on Android and iOS, deeper Google Wallet support

Google Chrome’s expanded autofill capabilities are now available on both Android and iOS. You can save time on flight check-ins and parking payments, for example. Autofill is also getting deeper integration with Google Wallet across mobile and desktop.

This means Chrome can autofill information from your Google Wallet, such as your driver’s license details, passport information, as well as your Known Traveler Number. And if those details aren’t saved in Google Wallet, you can add them directly from Chrome when you enter them for the first time.

Google promises that Chrome will only save or fill your information with your permission, and sensitive data is encrypted. You can manage or update your data in the “Autofill and passwords” section of Chrome’s settings.
