A little over two weeks after their announcement and one week after they went on pre-order, Apple’s AirPods Max 2 are now on open sale from Apple and partnering retailers. Pre-orders placed last week are now arriving to customers.
Apple’s official US store has the headphones in stock for online deliveries as well as in-store pickup. Apple stores in other regions, like the UK and Germany, require a 1 business day wait. Retailers like Amazon also have the AirPods Max 2 in stock in the US, but the German and UK branches are temporarily out of stock. Amazon India has limited stock available as of writing.
AirPods Max 2 come in Blue, Purple, Midnight, Starlight and Orange colors. Retail is set at $549/€579/£499/₹67,900. For more details on their upgrades, check out our announcement coverage.
