Arisinfra Solutions posts FY26 revenue of Rs 1,067 crore


Arisinfra Solutions has reported revenue of Rs 1,067.5 crore for the financial year 2025-26, up 39% year-on-year, while net profit rose over ten-fold to Rs 60.3 crore.

Operating margin expanded to 9.43% from 6.53% in 2024-25, the company said in a release.

The Mumbai-based construction materials and services platform also turned net cash positive during the year, with its net debt-to-equity ratio improving from 1.25x to negative 0.09x.

“FY26 marks a defining year for ARIS,” said Ronak K. Morbia. “We completed our IPO, repaid substantial debt, deepened our Contract Manufacturing footprint, and significantly scaled our Developer-as-a-Service vertical, all while delivering a structural improvement in working capital efficiency. These results validate our asset-light, network-led model.”

Cash flow from operations crossed Rs 100 crore, while net working capital days reduced from 110 to 66, reflecting a 44-day improvement.

In the March quarter, revenue rose 55% year-on-year to Rs 343.4 crore, while EBITDA nearly tripled to Rs 30.5 crore. EBITDA margin for the quarter improved to 8.88% from 4.57% a year earlier.

The company reported a profit of Rs 21.7 crore in the fourth quarter compared with a loss of Rs 0.5 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.ARIS’ contract manufacturing business nearly doubled during the year, growing 95% to Rs 498.9 crore, while its Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) vertical rose 109% to Rs 98 crore. Together, the two businesses contributed 56% of total revenue compared with less than 40% a year earlier.

The company has secured 9 million million tonnes per annum reserved capacity across more than 10 partner plants under exclusive long-term agreements without fixed asset ownership.

Its DaaS business currently has nine active projects under execution with an estimated gross development value of Rs 1,267.4 crore.
