A massive clean up is underway after a historic blizzard blasted the Northeast with more than two feet of snow blanketing parts of five states. The brutal winter weather is creating treacherous travel conditions and nearly 400,000 homes without power from Virginia to Massachusetts NBC’s Emilie Ikeda reports for TODAY.
