The chain reported revenue from operations of Rs 581.6 crore in quarter three, up 27.1% year on year.
The chain’s EBITDA increased 29% to Rs 272.6 crore in quarter three from Rs 211.3 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal year. The chain said construction is progressing for the Taj hotel at Delhi Airport and the chain expects completion by quarter four of financial year 2027.
Shwetank Singh, MD and CEO, Chalet Hotels said quarter three saw ‘strong’ traction across key operating metrics, with healthy growth in revenue and EBITDA, supported by double-digit RevPAR expansion. “Athiva has shown early momentum and has started contributing to our portfolio performance,” said Singh.
“The onset of the festive and wedding season, saw sustained demand from MICE and leisure travel which effectively translates to revenue growth. We remain confident of maintaining operating momentum in the coming quarters,” he added.
The chain’s hospitality business saw revenues rising 13% to Rs 380.2 crore.
