JSW MG Motor India has confirmed that the Majestor SUV will be launched on April 20, 2026 with the official price announcement. Based on the body-on-frame chassis, this premium three-row SUV will compete against the Toyota Fortuner, Skoda Kodiaq, Jeep Meridian and the newly-launched Volkswagen Tayron. Bookings for the MG Majestor are already underway with a token amount of Rs 41,000, while deliveries are slated to commence in May 2026.

Variants & Expected Price

The Majestor SUV will be available in four variants – Sharp 4X2 (7-seater), Savvy 4X2 (7-seater), Savvy 4X2 (6-seater) and Savvy 4X4 (7-seater), and two seating configurations – 6 and 7-seats. While the official prices will be announced on 20^th April, it’s expected to cost between Rs 40 lakh – Rs 45 lakh (ex-showroom).

Exclusive Warranty

The first 3,000 buyers who pre-book the SUV will receive a complementary 5 year/unlimited kilometre warranty, a 5-year labour-free service contract and 5 years of roadside assistance (RSA).

Turbo Power & Off-Road Features

Under the hood, the MG Majestor features a powerful 2.0L twin turbo diesel engine, generating 215bhp and 478Nm. Power will be delivered to rear wheels or all four wheels (depending on the variant) via an 8-speed torque convertor automatic gearbox.

Off-road capabilities are enhanced by features such as on-demand 4WD (four-wheel drive) system, M-Hub (terrain management system), multiple driving modes, three differential locks, high ground clearance and water-wading capacity of up to 810mm.

Dimensions & Colours

The Majestor measures 5,046 mm in length, 2,016 mm in width and 1,876 mm in height with a 2,950 mm long wheelbase. It offers a boot space of 343-litres with third-row up and 1,350-litres with third-row down. The SUV will be available in four monotone exterior colour options – Metal Ash, Metal Black, Concrete Grey and Pearl White.
