Oppo is already working on the Find X10 Ultra, according to a new leak from Digital Chat Station on Weibo. The Find X9 Ultra was launched in May, so its successor is definitely not coming this year. Still, the first details about the Find X10 Ultra’s cameras are now out.

Specifically, its long-range telephoto. As you may know, the Find X9 Ultra has a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom, which uses a 1/2.75-inch type sensor. The Find X10 Ultra, on the other hand, will have a 1/1.95-inch type sensor for its 10x telephoto, while keeping the same 50MP resolution.

That is a gigantic jump in sensor size and the amount of light it can capture, which should translate into better quality photos at 10x zoom. This will still be the smaller of the two telephoto sensors, but it will be closer to the short-range telephoto than the Find X9 Ultra’s.
