Huawei launched the nova 15 Ultra a few months ago, and now it’s allegedly already hard at work on its successor, which will presumably be called nova 16 Ultra.

According to a new rumor from China, the Huawei nova 16 Ultra will be powered by a flagship Kirin 9 series SoC. The phone will keep the same 6.84-inch LTPO OLED screen of its predecessor, but will have a bigger, 7,000 mAh battery.

Huawei nova 15 Ultra

The main camera will have the same 50MP resolution but will get a new 1/1.3-inch type sensor. The 50MP periscope telephoto camera will stay unchanged compared to the nova 15 Ultra, and we assume the same will be true for the ultrawide.

Like its predecessor, the nova 16 Ultra will also support wireless charging. It’s unclear when exactly we should expect it to launch, but we’ll let you know when we find out more.
