Introduction
A sub-$200 tablet doesn’t need to do anything particularly exciting to make a case for itself, but the Infinix XPAD 30 Pro actually has a few surprises up its sleeve. It is very much a budget device through and through, yet its spec sheet has a handful of features you don’t necessarily expect at this price point.
For one, this is a cellular-connected device. Not 5G or anything fancy like that, but still 4G with a slot for one physical Nano-SIM card. Right next to that on the same tray, by the way, is a microSD card slot, which isn’t too common either.

Then there’s the 11-inch, 90Hz LCD. While there is nothing seemingly special about it on the surface, it does sport a pretty high resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels.
Another potentially interesting detail about the XPAD 30 Pro is that it has GPS. That’s not a given on tablets, even modern ones. So, depending on your particular use case, this might just make it a bit more appealing.
Unboxing the Infinix XPAD 30 Pro
Unboxing is where things get a little bit interesting, not because of the box itself. It is just the usual sturdy cardboard two-piece affair with a plastic tray on the inside – good for keeping things safe, but not so great for the environment.
The interesting bit, however, is that our particular package came with a folio-style keyboard right in the box. This is probably not the only retail package that exists out there, but it is the one that we got.
Our box also contains an 18W Infinix charger along with a relatively short and simple USB Type-A to Type-C cable.
Infinix also sent us a companion stylus for the tablet. But that came in its own separate box, so it is definitely not part of the bundle. More on the accessories in a bit.
