According to a new report from China, Insta360 is now working on a pair of AI-powered smart glasses. This apparently comes from sources close to the company. No actual details about the glasses have been revealed thus far, but Insta360 does hold a patent for “wearable glasses”, which could potentially give us some hints.
In that patent, Insta360 describes a pair of smart glasses that don’t have a built-in battery. Instead, the battery is separate and intended to be worn on another part of the body. The glasses connect to the battery via a cable.
