In late July we heard that the iQOO Z11 was on its way to India, but with different specs than both the Chinese version, which was launched in March, and the Malaysian variant, which arrived in May. In the meantime, the iQOO India CEO teased the device as well, practically confirming that it’s headed to the country.
Today a new leak gives us a look at one of the upcoming phone’s marketing images, which reveals a totally different design compared to the Chinese and Malaysian Z11 versions, with a camera bar or visor on the back, Pixel style.
The device will allegedly be offered in India in Aurora Green and Celestial Blue colors, the former apparently inspired by the northern lights, the latter by the night sky. The camera bump is being referred to by the brand as the “Skyline Camera Module”.
The Indian Z11 will have a curved OLED screen with “1.5K” resolution, and it will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo chipset, paired with 8/12GB of RAM. It’s rumored to sport a battery with a capacity between 7,000 mAh and 8,000 mAh with support for 90W fast charging, a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 32MP selfie camera, an in-display fingerprint scanner, as well as both IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. It will allegedly be priced around INR 35,000 ($367 at the current exchange rate).
