The Mahindra XEV 9S 7-seater family electric SUV is ready for its official debut on 27th November 2025. With each passing day, new information is emerging through teaser images and videos. The latest teaser highlights some of its key features. Let’s take a look.

Mahindra XEV 9S – 8 Confirmed Features

Similar to the XEV 9e, this new Mahindra electric SUV will feature a triple screen setup that will include a touchscreen infotainment system, a fully digital instrument cluster and a dedicated entertainment display for the front passenger.
Features such as a gloss black steering wheel with an illuminated logo, a Harman Kardon sound system, a panoramic sunroof, an electronic parking brake with auto hold, sliding second row of seats and power adjustable driver seat with memory function have also been confirmed through the official teasers. The XEV 9S will additionally offer toggle-like power window switches as we have seen in the XEV 9e and BE 6.

The upcoming Mahindra XEV 9S could also be packed with goodies such as three-zone climate control, ambient lighting, ventilated and massaging front seats, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless phone charger, 7 airbags, a 360 degree camera, electronic stability program, front and rear parking sensors and more.
Mahindra XEV 9S Battery & Range
While the official specifications are yet to be revealed, the 7-seater XEV 9S electric SUV is likely to share the 59kWh and 79kWh battery packs with the XEV 9e. In a single motor configuration, these batteries deliver a claimed MIDC range of 542km and 656km, respectively. The XEV 9S is expected to offer similar range figures to its 5-seater sibling.
