Maruti Suzuki has announced the full price list of the e Vitara electric SUV. The Delta base variant is priced at Rs 15.99 lakh, while under the BaaS (Battery-as-a-Service) model it costs Rs 10.99 lakh + Rs 3.99 per km. The Zeta, Alpha and Alpha dual-tone variants are available at Rs 17.49 lakh, Rs 19.79 lakh and Rs 20.01 lakh, respectively. Under the BaaS prices, the Zeta, Alpha and Alpha dual-tone trims are priced at Rs 11.99 lakh (+ 4.39/km), Rs 14.29 lakh (+ Rs 4.39/km) and Rs 14.51 lakh (+ Rs 4.39/km), respectively.

BaaS Prices Explained
Under the BaaS (Battery-as-a-Service) scheme, customers pay a battery rental fee based on the per kilometre usage. The smaller battery pack in Delta variant carries a rental charge of Rs 3.99 per km, while the Zeta and Alpha trims with the larger battery pack are available with a rental charge of Rs 4.39 per km. Maruti Suzuki is offering a complimentary 7.4kW AC home charger along with installation for the EV.
Warranty & Plans
The Maruti e Vitara is offered with a standard three-year warranty, which can be extended to five years at an additional cost. The battery pack is covered by an 8 year/1,60,000km warranty. Maruti Suzuki is also providing an assured buyback plan, including 60 percent buyback value under the three-year/45,000km plan and 50 percent buyback value under the four-year/60,000km plan.
What about deliveries?
Deliveries of the Maruti e Vitara will be limited in the initial months due to production constraints. Maruti Suzuki’s Gujarat manufacturing facility serves as production hub for the EV, and the company also has export commitments. Production capacity is expected to expand after July 2026, which will eventually ease delivery timelines.
