The makers failed to revive the adult comedy genre on the big screen; however, they failed due to weak content. The movie managed to earn Rs15.14 crore at the box office, while the reported budget of the film is Rs 40 crore.The first ‘Masti’ was released in the year 2004, which was followed by ‘Grand Masti’ in 2013 and ‘Great Grand Masti’ in 2016.
