JSW MG Motor India has recorded its highest-ever monthly sales of 2025 in August. The carmaker managed to sell 6,578 units in August 2025, registering a 52 percent year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to 4,323 units sold in the same month last year. Driven by the high demand for the MG Windsor EV and its other ICE and EV models, MG achieved its highest deliveries of the year.
The Windsor EV witnessed its highest-ever monthly sales, posting a 5 percent growth over the previous month. Meanwhile, the MG Comet recorded an impressive 21 percent growth over July 2025.
Expanding Dealership Network:
To further enhance customer accessibility, JSW MG Motor India inaugurated three new dealerships in August 2025. The company now has over 543 sales and aftersales touchpoints across 270 cities. In addition, MG has strategically set up service centres within a 15-kilometre radius, enabling customer assistance within just 30 minutes in most regions of India.

MG Windsor EV – Specs & Features:
The MG Windsor EV comes with a 38kWh LFP battery and a 136bhp electric motor, delivering a claimed range of 331km. It offers four driving modes – Eco+, Eco, Normal and Sport. In May 2025, the carmaker introduced the Windsor EV Pro with a larger 52.9kWh LFP battery pack, promising an ARAI-rated 449km range. The new Pro variants significantly boosted sales, offering premium features such as V2V (Vehicle to Vehicle) and V2L (Vehicle to Load) functionality, a Level 2 ADAS safety suite and a powered tailgate.
MG Comet EV – Specs & Features:
The MG Comet EV is available with a 17.3kWh battery pack, offering an ARAI-certified range of 230km. It uses a single electric motor generating power worth 42bhp and 110Nm of torque. Power is delivered to rear wheels via an automatic transmission. The EV comes with a 3.3kW onboard charger that takes 7 hours to charge it 100 percent.
