vivo is working on the T5 Pro, the successor to the T4 Pro, and it’s expected to launch in India soon. The T5 Pro surfaced in an IMEI database back in February, and a few days ago its key specs got outed by a tipster.
Today, a new report claims the phone will become official in India by mid-April. It allegedly comes with a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with “1.5K” resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, and it’s powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC. There’s a 9,020 mAh battery keeping the lights on, which charges at 90W.

On the rear there’s a 50MP main camera using Sony’s IMX882 sensor. The phone will be IP68 and IP69+ rated for dust and water resistance. It will be offered in Glacier Blue and Cosmic Black, running Android 16 with vivo’s OriginOS 6 on top.
The source of this rumor claims the T5 Pro will cost just over INR 30,000, competing with devices like the Nothing Phone (4a).
