Google released the first beta of Android 17 for its Pixel devices earlier this month, and now Motorola is launching its own Android 17 beta program. This is rather interesting since recently Motorola has been anything but quick with issuing major Android updates to its devices.
We’re unsure if that will change for the stable release of Android 17, but we can hope. Anyway, if you’re in the US and have a Motorola Edge (2025), you can join the beta program here. If you have a Moto G57 in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa, you can join here. If you have a G57 Power in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa, this is the link for you. Finally, if you have a G57 Power in India, here’s where you need to go.

Obviously, we’d advise you not to run beta software like this on a device you depend on for critical stuff – as it’s an early beta at this stage, there could still be plenty of bugs, things not working properly, or breaking.
