Investigators with the sheriff’s department and the FBI returned to Nancy Guthrie’s neighborhood March 5 where they spoke with residents. Three different homeowners said the agents specifically asked if they had disruptions or issues with their internet service the night that Guthrie went missing. NBC’s Liz Kreutz reports for TODAY.
