New 2025 Hyundai Venue Launched at Rs 7.90 Lakh


The next-generation Hyundai Venue is finally here. The South Korean automaker has launched the subcompact SUV in seven trim levels- HX2, HX4, HX5, HX6, HX7, HX8 and HX10, priced from Rs lakh to Rs 7.90 lakh onwards (ex-showroom). Bookings have already commenced for a token sum of Rs 25,000. The new 2025 Hyundai Venue comes with a completely new design language and a more premium interior, while the engine options have been carried forward from the previous generation.

New Hyundai Venue 2025 – Design

Compared to predecessor, the 2025 Hyundai Venue appears sportier with sharper creases and more pronounced character lines. Upfront, it features a newly-designed rectangular grille, a revised bumper in silver finish, quad-beam LED headlamps, functional air vents and a raised bonnet.

The side profile seems to be inspired by the Exter and Tucson, sporting bold cladding over the wheel arches and along the door sills, a blacked-out C-pillar with silver garnish and newly-designed 16-inch alloy wheels.

The rear section looks refreshing with a full-width LED light bar connected by a contrasting black trim with ‘Venue’ lettering in the centre. It also features a redesigned rear bumper and dual-tone cladding extending upwards to the tailgate.

The sportier Hyundai Venue N Line receives a redesigned grille, slightly tweaked front and rear bumpers, new alloy wheels, a new dual-ridge spoiler, ‘N Line’ badging, red accents and dual exhaust tips.

Dimensions & Colour Options

Dimensionally, the all-new Hyundai Venue measures 3,995mm in length, 1,800mm in width and 1,665mm in height with a wheelbase of 2,520mm. This means, its overall length, width and wheelbase have increased by 48mm, 30mm and 20mm, respectively.

The new-gen Venue is available in eight colour options including Mystic Sapphire, Dragon Red, Hazel Blue, Titan Grey, Abyss Black, Atlas White, Atlas White with Abyss Black roof and Hazel Blue with Abyss black roof.

Major changes have been made inside the cabin as well. The 2025 Hyundai Venue offers dual 12.3-inch screens, a new three-spoke steering wheel, a redesigned centre console, white ambient lighting and more physical controls. The subcompact SUV comes with a dual-tone Blue and Beige cabin theme, while the Venue N Line gets an all-black interior with red contrast stitching and red ambient lighting.

The all-new Venue also has two-step reclining rear seats, ventilated front seats, rear window sunshades, an 8-speaker Bose sound system, front parking sensors, drive and traction modes, electronic parking brake with auto hold and Level 2 ADAS.

The updated ADAS suite offers features such as lane keep assist, forward collision avoidance assist, driver attention warning, smart cruise control with stop and go, parking collision avoidance assist, driver attention warning and more. The safety package also includes a tyre pressure monitoring system, 6 airbags, electronic stability control, hill start assist control, all four disc brakes, surround view monitor, electro chromic mirror, three-point seatbelts with reminder for all seats and rollover sensors.

Save for the diesel-automatic combination, the new Venue remains mechanically unchanged. The subcompact SUV continue to offer the 83bhp, 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol, 120bhp, 1.0L turbo petrol and 116bhp, 1.5L diesel engines. Transmission choices include the same 5-speed manual (NA petrol), 6-speed manual (turbo-petrol and diesel), 7-speed dual-clutch automatic (turbo-petrol) and 6-speed automatic (diesel).
