Neighbors say the footage shows Celeste erupting at a family outside their apartment, allegedly after they pranked her. The clip shows the family sitting outside listening to music as Celeste screamed, claiming one of the kids had been ding-dong-ditching her parents’ home.
Neighbors identified Celeste from missing posters
Though the video was filmed at night and is somewhat unclear, neighbors told TMZ they recognized Celeste from the missing posters circulated in April 2024, after she had run away multiple times.In the clip, Celeste can be heard yelling angrily, using profanity, and reportedly a racial slur. A man in the video shouted that he wasn’t Black, telling her she shouldn’t use the N-word.

Following the outburst, a neighbor’s boyfriend reportedly went over to Celeste’s house to apologize. Her father answered but appeared unbothered by the incident. Neighbors said when she had been reported missing earlier that year, her family had distributed her missing posters around the area.By the time this confrontation occurred, the neighbors assumed Celeste had returned home safely, believing everything was fine.
