New Hyundai Venue, Tata Sierra & Renault Duster Launch Dates & Details

The coming months are action-packed with several new product launches planned across segments including the new-gen Hyundai Venue, next-gen Tata Sierra and third-gen Renault Duster. While the all-new Venue will continue to take on the Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, Kia Sonet and other SUVs in the subcompact category, the Sierra and Duster will challenge the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara and others in the midsize SUVs.

Hyundai India has confirmed that the new-generation Venue will go on sale on 4th November, 2025. The Tata Sierra will reach showrooms on 25th November; however, initially it will be offered with ICE (internal combustion engine) option. The Sierra EV is likely to follow in early 2026. The iconic Renault Duster nameplate will make a comeback in January 2026 with its official unveiling scheduled for Republic Day (26th Jan).

New Hyundai Venue Launch Date

The 2025 Hyundai Venue receives significant changes inside and out, while retaining the existing engine options. The carmaker has confirmed that the SUV now offers a dual 12.3-inch connected curved screen, a 360-degree camera, wireless charger, 8-speaker Bose sound system, a panoramic sunroof, 4-way powered driver’s seat, blind spot monitor, ventilated front seats and Level 2 ADAS.

The engine setup will continue to include a 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol, a 1.0L turbo petrol and a 1.5L diesel unit. While the 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCT gearboxes are carried over from the current generation, the 2025 Venue gets a new 6-speed torque convertor automatic transmission with the diesel engine.

New Tata Sierra

The Tata Sierra will initially be offered with petrol and diesel engines only. The petrol version is expected to feature an all-new 1.5L naturally aspirated (for the lower variants) and a 1.5L turbo motor (for the higher variants), while the diesel model is likely to borrow the 1.5 turbo engine from the Curvv. The Sierra EV might debut in early 2026, with its powertrains likely sourced from the Harrier EV.

Tata will equip the all-new Sierra with several advanced goodies including a triple screen setup, ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, a 4-spoke steering wheel, ambient lighting, wireless phone charger and more.

New Renault Duster

The third-gen Renault Duster will come with significantly improved styling, a more premium and feature-rich interior and new powertrain options. The carmaker is likely to use the 1.0L turbo and 1.3L turbo petrol engines for the lower and higher trims, respectively. There will be no diesel engine on offer. A hybrid variant is likely to be introduced at a later stage.

The design of the new Duster will be heavily inspired by the Dacia Bigster. Its expected to be offered with features such as a 10.1-inch infotainment system, a 6 speaker Arkamys Classic audio system, USB charging ports, wireless phone charger, wireless smartphone connectivity, ADAS, six airbags, ESC and many more.
