India’s one of the top-selling subcompact SUV, the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, is set for a midlife update. While the official launch details are yet to be announced, the facelifted model is expected to arrive near around 2026 Diwali season. Ahead of its market deubt, the carmaker has begun testing the new Maruti Brezza 2026 facelift and the latest spy images have revealed some interesting details. Here’s a look at the all key details we so far.

New Maruti Brezza 2026 Facelift – New Turbo Petrol Engine

The 2026 Maruti Brezza lineup is likely to borrow a 1.0L turbocharged petrol engine from the Fronx. This motor pushes out a maximum power of 100bhp and 147Nm of torque. Spy images suggest that Maruti might also introduce a new 6-speed manual gearbox with the turbo petrol engine. The exiting 1.5L petrol engine and CNG fuel option are expected to continue.

New Maruti Brezza 2026 Facelift – Underbody CNG Kit

Similar to the Victors, the new Brezza CNG will feature an underbody CNG tank, freeing up usable boot space. The SUV will continue with the 1.5L K15C petrol engine paired with the factory-fitted CNG kit, delivering a maximum power of 87bhp and 121.5Nm of torque.

New Maruti Brezza 2026 Facelift – Larger Touchscreen

Spy images hint that the 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift will offer a revised cabin layout with a larger infotainment system, possibly a 10.1-inch unit. The updated lineup is also expected to receive new trims, upholstery and additional features.

Only minor design changes are expected. Most updates will likely to focused on the front fascia. The fog lamp design and positioning could be slightly different. Other design highlights will include a newly-designed alloy wheels, redesigned rear bumper and a connected LED taillamps.

With subtle design updates, added features and the introduction of a new turbo petrol engine, the 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift is expected to see a minor price hike. The pre-facelift lineup is currently priced between Rs 8.25 lakh – Rs 13.01 lakh (ex-showroom).
