Tata Motors has introduced the Sierra Dark Edition in the Indian market. Prices for the special edition start from Rs 13.99 lakh for the Pure L trim and go up to Rs 21.59 lakh for the top-end Accomplished+ trim (all, ex-showroom). The Tata Sierra Dark Edition Pure L trim is priced Rs 20,000 higher than the standard version, while the other trims command a premium of nearly Rs 30,000.

Mechanically, the Sierra Dark Edition is identical to the standard model. Depending on the variant, the darked edition is available with a 106bhp, 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol, a 160bhp, 1.5-litre direct-injection turbo petrol and 118bhp, a 1.5-litre diesel engine. Transmission choices include a 6-speed manual, a 7-speed DCT and a 6-speed torque convertor automatic.
