Last week, RedMagic revealed that it would be launching the RedMagic 12 Pro+ in October, while also showing some bits of the phone’s design. Now, the brand has finally confirmed the exact launch date for its next flagship device: October 15. The event will be held by the company at 2:30 PM local time in China.
The phone will unsurprisingly be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 SoC, and RedMagic promises that it’s applied its “first-class tuning” for a significantly improved gaming experience with better visuals. There’s also an overall improvement in the phone’s performance.
The 12 Pro+ will be RedMagic’s most comfortable phone to hold, thanks to its design but also the fact that it’s both lighter and thinner than its predecessor, and it has rounded corners as well. Speaking of more rounded things, the phone’s shoulder triggers will be that way too. The upcoming device will also boast under-1mm display bezels on all four sides.
