Xiaomi recently launched the Redmi A7 Pro 5G in India, and the company has now followed it up with a 4G variant of the A7 Pro, alongside the standard Redmi A7 4G.
The Redmi A7 4G features a 6.88-inch LCD display, while the A7 Pro 4G gets a 6.9-inch panel. Both devices offer a 120Hz refresh rate, HD+ resolution, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate.
Under the hood, both smartphones are powered by the Unisoc T7250 chipset, paired with up to 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of UFS 2.2 storage. They also include a microSD card slot for expandable storage.
As for the cameras, the Redmi A7 4G and A7 Pro 4G share the same camera setup, featuring a 13MP primary rear camera and an 8MP front-facing sensor.
The standard variant packs a 5,200mAh battery, while the A7 Pro 4G houses a larger 6,300mAh cell. Both devices support 15W wired and 7.5W reverse wired charging.
Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, an IP52 rating, and dual-SIM support. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, Wi-Fi, and a USB Type-C port.
On the software front, the Redmi A7 4G runs Android 15-based HyperOS 2, while the A7 Pro 4G ships with HyperOS 3 based on Android 16.
The standard model is promised 2 years of Android updates and 4 years of security patches, whereas the Pro variant is expected to receive 4 years of Android OS upgrades and 6 years of security updates.
Redmi A7 4G
The Redmi A7 4G is available in a single 3GB/64GB variant, which is priced at INR 10,499 ($112). It will be sold in Black and Sky Blue colors.
Meanwhile, the Redmi A7 Pro is offered with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. It carries a price tag of INR 11,499 ($123). The Pro will be available in Sunset Orange and Black shades.

The phones will be available for purchase in India starting April 24. Customers can head to the official Xiaomi online store, Flipkart, or offline retail stores to purchase the phones.
