Royal Enfield Bullet 650 Makes India Debut


The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 has finally made its India debut at the ongoing Motoverse festival in Goa. The motorcycle was earlier showcased at the EICMA 2025 in Milan, Italy. While the official launch date is yet to be announced, the Bullet 650 is expected to arrive in early 2026. To be positioned between the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Classic, it’s expected to be priced from around Rs 3.40 lakh onwards.

Colours & Design

Buyers will have two colour options – Cannon Black and Battelship Blue. In terms of design and styling, the Royal Enfield Bullet 650 shares a strong resemblance with the Bullet 350. It features the signature circular LED headlight with “tiger-eye” pilot lamps, teardrop fuel tank with a winged RE badge and hand-painted pinstripes, single-piece seat, a squared-off rear fender and a raised chrome handlebar.

Platform & Features

Based on the steel tubular spine frame, the RE Bullet 650 offers a semi-digital instrument cluster, featuring an analogue speedometer with a digital inset for fuel level, gear position, trip meters and service reminders. It also gets a USB Type-C charging port, turn-by-turn navigation and adjustable brake and clutch levers.

Tyres, Brakes, Suspension

The bike has been assembled with the 19-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels shod with tubed tyres. Braking duties are performed by a 320mm front disc and 300mm rear disc brake brakes, which are further assisted by dual-channel ABS (antilock braking system). The suspension setup consists of a 43mm telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers. The bike carries a kerb weight of 243kg and offers a fuel tank capacity of 14.8-litres.

Engine, Power & Gearbox

The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 comes powered with a 647.95cc, twin-cylinder, Inline, 4-strok SOHC engine, producing a maximum power of 47bhp at 7,250rpm and 52.3Nm of torque at 5,150rpm. This is the same engine that does duty in the 650cc twins. Transmission on offer is a 6-speed constant mesh and a wet multi-plate clutch.
