The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 is now on sale in India at Rs 3.65 lakh (ex-showroom). It’s around Rs 14,000 more affordable than the top-end RE Classic 650 Chrome variant. The motorcycle was first showcased at the EICMA 2025 in Milan, Italy, followed by its India debut at the 2025 Motoverse festival in Goa. In the company’s product lineup, the RE Bullet 650 sits between the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and the Classic 650.
Engine & Power
The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 derives power from a 648cc, air/oil-cooled, parallel-twin engine sourced from the 650cc twins. This motor pushes out a maximum power of 47bhp at 7,250rpm and 52Nm of torque at 5,150rpm. It comes paired with a 6-speed constant mesh and a wet multi-plate clutch.

Tyres, Brakes & Suspension
The bike rides on 19-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels assembled with tubed tyres. It comes equipped with a 320mm front and a 300mm rear disc brake along with the dual-channel ABS (anti-lock braking system). The suspension duties are performed by a 43mm telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers. The bike has a fuel tank capacity of 14.8-litres and a kerb weight of 243kg.
Design & Colour Options
The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 is based on a steel tubular spine frame and features several retro design elements such as a circular LED headlight with ‘Tiger-eye’ pilot lamps, a teardrop fuel tank with a winged RE badge, and hand-painted pinstripes.
Other highlights include raised chrome handlebars, single-piece seat and a squared-off rear fender. Royal Enfield offers two colour options – Battleship Blue and Cannon Black.
Key Features
In terms of features, RE Bullet 650 offers a digital analogue speedometer for fuel level, trip meters, gear position and service reminders. Features such as turn-by-turn navigation, a USB Type-C charging port and adjustable brake and clutch levers are also on offer.
