Rs 10.49 Lakh Popular Midsize SUV Gets Benefits of Up to Rs 1.8 Lakh


If you’re planning to buy a midsize SUV this month, Renault India is offering attractive discounts on select variants of the Duster. Buyers can avail benefits of up to Rs 1.8 lakh, including cash discounts of up to Rs 30,000 and an exchange or scrappage bonus of up to Rs 50,000 and a loyalty bonus.

It’s important to note that Renault is offering a loyalty bonus of Rs 10,000 to customers upgrading from another Renault car, while those upgrading from the old-generation Duster can avail a loyalty bonus of Rs 1 lakh. Furthermore, there are additional corporate and rural benefits may vary depending on the city and customer profile. Customers are advised to contact their nearest Renault dealership for exact details.

Renault Duster Engine & Gearbox Options

Launched in March 2026, the third-generation Renault Duster is currently priced between Rs 10.49 lakh – Rs 18.69 lakh (ex-showroom). Built on Renault’s new RGMP (Renault Global Modular Platform) architecture, the SUV is available with two turbo-petrol engine options. The 1.0-litre turbo-petrol producing 100bhp and 160Nm, while the larger 1.3-litre turbo-petrol generating 163bhp and 280Nm.

A 6-speed manual gearbox comes as standard, while the 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engine is also offered with a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Some of its key features include a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, dual-zone climate control, a wireless phone charger, a panoramic sunroof, 6-way powered and ventilated front seats, a powered tailgate, a 360-degree camera, electronic parking brake, front and rear parking sensors, Level 2 ADAS suite and more.

Renault Duster Hybrid Launching Soon

Renault India has confirmed that the Duster hybrid will be introduced during the 2026 Diwali festive season. The SUV will feature a 1.8-litre strong-hybrid petrol powertrain, combining a 109bhp petrol engine with a 49hp electric motor and a 20hp hybrid starter generator, supported by a 1.4kWh battery. The setup delivers a combined output of 160bhp and 172Nm.
