Samsung released the stable One UI 8.5 update for the Galaxy S25 series earlier last month, but it excluded Galaxy AI features introduced with the Galaxy S26 lineup. Good news is, these features have been rolled out for the Galaxy S25 series with the June 2026 Android security update.
The Galaxy AI features we are talking about are Prioritize Notifications, Summarize Notifications (Notification Highlights), and File Summaries.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra
The Prioritize Notifications feature shows important notifications first to ensure you don’t miss them. Galaxy AI marks notifications as important based on their content and information about you.
The Summarize Notification feature, as its name suggests, summarizes long notifications into a simple summary.
The File Summaries feature generates AI-powered summaries of PDF and TXT files, as well as recordings in Voice Recorder.
The June 2026 Android security update comes with firmware version S93xNKSUACZF1 and requires a download of around 900MB. It’s currently rolling out in South Korea, but should be released in other countries soon.
If you live in South Korea and haven’t received the June 2026 Android security update on your Galaxy S25 series smartphone, you can check for it manually by navigating to its Settings > Software update menu.
