After Samsung confirmed the Galaxy Unpacked date for July 22, the company opened up reservations for the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold8 and Z Flip8 series. As always, you can just register and wait until the actual devices come out before making a final decision on buying a handset.
This year, Samsung is more modest with its pre-sale offers. The reservation offer includes a $30 credit that can be used toward accessories and other products at Samsung’s official store. That voucher, however, is eligible only at checkout when you decide to purchase some of the upcoming foldables. For comparison, last year’s offer was $50.
Additionally, Samsung advertises up to $1,230 in total savings, but that includes eligible trade-ins and other promos, and those can vary a lot depending on the purchase and the device you are about to trade in.
Last year’s lottery gave one happy customer a $5,000 Samsung.com gift card, but this year, Samsung is breaking down the prize into ten, with winners taking $500 gift cards each.
As we already said, reservations are already open and will remain so until the actual pre-orders begin on July 22.
