The Tecno Spark 50 5G launched in late March, and today it’s joined by the 4G version. This Spark 50 has a 6.78-inch 720×1600 LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate, the MediaTek Helio G81 SoC at the helm, and a 7,000 mAh battery with support for 18W wired charging.
On the rear there’s a 50MP camera, and on the front an 8MP selfie snapper. The phone runs Android 16 and measures 167.8 x 79.22 x 8.18 mm. It will be offered in Halo Blue, Titanium Grey, Ink Black, Aurora Purple, and Bloom Pink.

It will come in three RAM/storage versions: 4/128GB, 6/128GB, and 8/256GB. It also has an IR blaster, an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, drop resistance tested to 1.8m, and support for FreeLink 2.0 which allows phones that don’t have a signal to connect to each other directly at up to 1.5km.
