The Triumph Tracker 400 is now on sale in India at Rs 2.46 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It’s priced nearly Rs 14,000 higher than the Triumph Speed 400 and around Rs 14,000 lower than the Triumph Scrambler 400. The bike lineup is available in three colour options – Phantom Black, Racing Yellow and Aluminium Silver Gloss.
Triumph Tracker 400 Engine & Performance
Starting with the engine, the Tracker 400 derives power from a 349cc, single-cylinder engine, which is essentially downsized version of the 349cc engine. This motor pushes out a maximum power of 40PS at 8,750rpm and 32Nm of torque at 7,500rpm, thus making it 37bhp more powerful than the Speed 400 and Scrambler 400. Transmission duties are carried out by a 6-speed gearbox.

The suspension system includes 43mm USD fork, monshock, while braking duties are performed by front and rear disc brakes. The bike also gets dual-channel ABS and switchable traction control. It comes with 17-inch wheels wrapped in MRF REVZ FD1 tyres with a block-pattern.
Triumph Tracker 400 Design & Dimensions
The Tracker 400 carries aggressive stance and offers a sportier riding position. Design highlights include a flyscreen, a boxy fuel tank, a colour-coded seat cowl and rectangular LED taillamp. Weighing 181kg, the Tracker 400 is 2 kg heavier than the Triumph Speed 400. The bike offers a ground clearance of 162mm and a seat height of 805mm along with a fuel tank capacity of 13-litres.
